Gradient Fun

I am in challenge mode. Just made an ATC for Hero Arts, and since that was so much fun, I thought I'd try out an ATC for the Moxie Fab World gradient color challenge. What a fun technique!!! Here's how I did it (and I've already got plans to post another one if Audrey sleeps long enough): I cut out a strip from a sheet of tacky tape. Chose 3 shades of one color. Poured the lightest shade at the bottom and let the excess slide to the other end when I picked it up. Poured the second shade in the middle, rubbed it into the lighter shade a bit and let it slide to the unglittered end again. Poured the darkest shade next, rubbed it in and let the excess pour towards the lighter colors. I did go back with the lightest shade and rub in some more at the bottom. I love this look!! (Donna, what was that you said about ATCs being addicting?)

My first ATC

I've never made an Artist Trading Card before, but Hero Arts is having an ATC challenge, so I thought I'd give it a try. My thought: "Hey, it's 2.5" x 3.5', it should be pretty easy." WRONG!! Since it's so small, it fills up pretty quickly, and some of my favorite products don't fit. You are also required to use at least one Hero Arts stamp. I don't have many, especially small ones. The phrase is from HA, so I hope that's good enough :) Anyway, I kinda like my mini card.... it's a sweet size, so I think I'll make some more. Thanks for looking everyone... and I'd love to hear what you think.
