I'm really gettin' into this whole "challenge" thing.
Here's the card I made for Moxie Fab World's Classy and Elegant Challenge. It is a lot sparklier than the pictures show. The felt snowflake ribbon is from Martha Stewart. I added lots of Star Dust Stickles to get it to shine. The rich brown satin ribbon is from Offray. I cut "peace" with my Cricut on Terrifically Tacky Tape and then spread Martha Stewart's Sterling glitter on top. The CS is Taken with Teal from Stampin' Up!

Shabby Chic Twizzlers
For the Moxie Fab World Shabby Chic & Vintage Challenge I altered a Twizzlers box. All the papers and embellishments are from MAMBI's Noel Scrapbook Kit. As you see in the last picture, the papers have an old-fashion feel, but weren't "worn and comfortable," so I sanded them and sponged on Creamy Caramel from Stampin' Up! I also distressed the edges with my Heidi Swapp distressing tool. I repeated the steps for the stickers and 3D embellishments.

My Very First Submission
I've finally mustered up the courage to enter one of my creations into a contest which brought on the need to create a blog. Cath at Moxie Fab World is hosting 5 contests this week. The first one is to make a clean and graphic holiday project. I made a treat pouch that can also double as a door hanger. The pouch is a punch out from Stampin' Up! I cut the stripes from Stampin' Up!'s whisper white. The embellishments are from MAMBI's soft spoken line designed by Ellen Krans. And the tinsel ribbon is from Target's dollar spot. My dream is that this is the beginning of a paper crafting blog. I hope you enjoy.
